This annual trade fair is organized by the Confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry (CCMI) and, with around 400 exhibitors, represents a good cross section of the performance capability within China's forming technology sector. This year, the trade fair took place for the first time in Dongguan, a city in Guangdong Province in the south of the country. Hatebur was also in attendance, with its own stand on site. We had an encouraging number of visitors and many promising discussions took place. As a particular highlight, Hatebur focused on the near-net-shape forging of cam lobes, presenting its new Hatebur HOTmatic AMP 20 N in this regard. Besides the new HOTmatic AMP 20 N, the performance capability of Hatebur in China was also a subject of discussion, particularly owing to its strong service team and the tool manufacturing operations that have been steadily established since 2015, which supply locally produced tools of sophisticated quality for hot forging to customers both domestically and abroad. As various discussions with visitors to the stand revealed, these additional services from Hatebur are highly valued and significantly contribute to the successful operation of our customers' forming machines. We are already looking forward to the next MetalForm China event in 2019, which will return to Shanghai.
