Hatebur HOTmatic HM 75 XL
The largest horizontal hotformer.
The HM 75 XL is particularly impressive due to its superior technical design, as well as the processing of large parts. It thus combines the outstanding features of HFE functionality for forwards extruded operations, individually adjustable and controllable transport grippers, the servo infeed, and innovative shearing concept and the transfer unit with individually monitored grippers in a single machine.

Applications

The HOTmatic HM75 XL processes bars with a diameter of up to 90 mm and a lengths of 12 meters. From such material it manufactures parts with a maximum input weight of 7.5 kg and e.g. a shaft length of up to 180 mm at a production rate of up to 80 parts per minute.
