Testing forming tools

In the in-house demonstration and application center in Reinach, Switzerland, the tools are tested, inserted, and finally optimized. The testing of tools on large machines is carried out on the customer's premises. To test hotformers and coldformers, forming is carried out strictly in accordance with the same specified conditions of production which are encountered in the customer environment. A larger series of forged or cold formed parts can also be produced.
