CS 616

For highest productivity in cold forming.

With the 6-station Progressive Header CS 616 parts with extremely complex shapes which have special requirements for shapes, features and tolerances can be produced with wire diameter up to 16 mm at rates of up to 160 parts per minute.

The press is also available in the CS 616 WS version, which is equipped with a pre-heating induction system to allow the use of material like titanium and super alloys, that required pre-heating to be formed.
