Für höchste Produktivität bei der Kaltumformung.

Auf der 5-stufigen progressiv arbeitenden Presse CS 558 LF können Teile mit äusserst komplexer Geometrie und besonderen Anforderungen an Form, Funktion und Toleranzen basierend auf einem Drahtdurchmesser bis 12 mm produziert werden – bei Geschwindigkeiten bis zu 250 Teilen pro Minute.

Die Presse ist auch in der Version CS 558 WS erhältlich, die mit einer Induktionsvorwärmanlage ausgestattet ist  – das ermöglicht den Einsatz von Werkstoffen wie Titan und Superlegierungen, die vor der Umformung erwärmt werden müssen.
