CS 558 LF

For highest productivity in cold forming.

With the 5-station Progressive Header CS 558 LF parts with extremely complex shapes which have special requirements for shapes, features and tolerances can be produced with wire diameter up to 12 mm at rates of up to 250 parts per minute.

The press is also available in the CS 558 WS version, which is equipped with a pre-heating induction system to allow the use of material like titanium and super alloys, that required pre-heating to be formed.
